TheCorporateCounsel.net is a community-based website with contributions from a variety of sources, such as the panelists on our monthly webcast programs and subject-matter experts in our weekly interviews.

But there is so much more as our experienced editors work hard to add new content daily, including sample and annotated documents and analysis of cutting-edge as well as long-worn issues. Yes and this sometimes confuses our community. We have made our 30 years of Back Issues of our print publications available – in a word-searchable format – to anyone who subscribes to both TheCorporateCounsel.net and the applicable print publication.

In other words, if you subscribe to both TheCorporateCounsel.net and The Corporate Counsel (but not The Corporate Executive), you will have access to 30-years worth of wisdom from The Corporate Counsel – but won’t have access to the back issues of The Corporate Executive. Most in our community subscribe to both print publications and TheCorporateCounsel.net to take advantage of this incredible resource.

It is important to note that the "Back Issues" of The Corporate Counsel and The Corporate Executive that reside on TheCorporateCounsel.net consist solely of issues that are one year older or more – it does not include the more recent issues of these print publications.¹
